Plantain Lasagna & Zucchini Lasagna

Whether you want plantain lasagna or zucchini lasagna you are going to need a few things to get ready for this deliciousness. First, you need to get the following ingredients for 2 – 6 servings:
- 1lb 95% ground turkey
- 2 cups marinara (low sodium)
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup cottage cheese
