Phil Brooks aka CM Punk now has his first UFC opponent lined up after Fight Night 86. That opponent’s name is Micky Gall.
“I want to be fed – feed me CM Punk, please!” Gall shouted after his victory, which marked his first in the octagon. Punk walked into the cage and loomed in the background before the two shared a few words and a brief staredown.
CM Punk says he wants to fight at UFC 200. Nobody can really predict what will happen in this fight nor how well he will perform. One thing is for sure, this will be a must see fight once the contracts are signed.
It’s looking like oddsmakers are favoring the guy with octagon experience over the one with plain old wrestling ring experience. The opening 5Dimes line (via MMAOddsbreaker):
